Our prices are not only low and very competitive, which we achieve by keeping running costs to a minimum, they are also dependent upon what the issue is. We do not believe in set costs as this penalises the majority.
Some repairs can be completed by Hertfordshire Data Recovery on-site in as little as 10 minutes for £50. With many companies who charge a set price you would be required to not only remove your hard drive, package it up and deliver it to them, but then pay their set recovery rates, often in excess of £400 for a 40 gig hard drive.

Upon receiving any call regarding Data Recovery we will send a fully trained and qualified Engineer on-site to access the situation. This is completely free of charge. They will make an initial diagnosis and if it is an issue which can be resolved while on-site and you wish for them to proceed you will be charged an hourly rate of £50.
If the issue requires for the hard drive(s) or media to be taken away for further diagnosis and you are happy to proceed then they will be taken away (still at no cost to yourselves) and a complete diagnosis will be carried out with the necessary equipment. Following this you will receive a full detailed quote containing not only the price but also the estimated time scale. Please note, times scales and costs can vary depending upon the issue itself and availability of spare parts should they be needed.
